Our Volunteers
Without our dedicated group of volunteers, the PCC could not provide such outstanding technology programs to public. Our PCC volunteers provide hands-on help to attendees in both the computer workshops and labs.
Our volunteer program lets individuals or groups get involved according to their own interests and talents. The Junior Volunteer program is for teens aged 13 to 18, and the Adult Volunteer program is for ages 18 and older. Both offer an opportunity to work with PCC patrons and to make a positive impact on closing the technology skills gap in our communities.
If you’re interested in becoming a volunteer, just complete these four simple steps:
- Submit a Volunteer Application to PCC Director. Click here to download volunteer application.
- Read the Volunteer Handbook (available at the PCC).
- Register for and attend a Volunteer Orientation. To register, call 845-485-3445 ext-3381.
- Complete your first hour of service training with an approved Volunteer Mentor.
